Sean Gregory Perkins, a partner in the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group, focuses his practice exclusively on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation. For more than a decade, Perkins has fought to protect his clients’ inheritance rights in all types of disputes, including will and trust contests, elderly abuse, guardianship litigation, estate disputes, fiduciary litigation, and assertion of statutory inheritance rights.
Perkins knows how the probate process can be a complicated and intimidating environment to navigate during a time of grief, which is why it is essential to have a strong, experienced, and compassionate advocate to fight for you. Perkins is particularly adept at litigating inheritance disputes on a contingency-fee basis. He has a results-driven approach to probate and trust litigation that has led to numerous significant recoveries for his clients.
Before Perkins joined the Business Trial Group, he practiced at a boutique probate law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was also an assistant state attorney, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience prosecuting dozens of trials.
Perkins is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, Missouri, and Washington. He holds a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation through the American Bankers Association.
